Employer Branding Manager (m/f/d)


As our Employer Branding Manager, you play a pivotal role in strengthening KW-Commerce as great place to work and representing us in an authentic manner to develop into a talent magnet where people want to show up in, are engaged and flourish.

In detail this includes:

  • Define KW’s employee value proposition and implement a strategy, communication concept and timeline to attract and retain top talent
  • Partner with our Talent Partners to optimize the recruiting funnel and conceptualize as well as support long-term recruiting strategies (e.g., collaborations with universities)
  • Drive initiatives to boost our candidate & employee experience and push KW’s visibility as an employer of choice
  • Leverage candidate-facing communications in social media to convey KW’s corporate culture and strengthen our employer brand
  • Organize activities to invigorate our internal and external community
  • Relaunch and own our website from conception, design, and content creation to maintenance
  • Ensure that the right information reaches the right people at the right time through diverse internal and external communication channels


Our team of 11 HR enthusiasts in Berlin is looking forward to a creative and witty Employer Branding Specialist| Manager who gets to the bottom of things and makes us shine from the inside out. We are looking for the following:

  • At least 3+ years in Marketing or HR, ideally in the digital industry, start-up, E-Commerce
  • Communicator: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably in German
  • Organizer: You love structure and planning. Others rely on you to stay organized
  • Enthusiast: Your positive attitude is infectious, and you win people over with your brain, smile and big heart
  • Doer: Strong sense of urgency and ownership. You get things done and always find original solutions
  • Analyzer with yedi-like anticipation: You get to the bottom of things, make decisions based on metrics and think strategically in your efforts
